Where did January go? Down the tubes! Just as I was getting better from the flu, it came back to bite me in the bum. So January was book-ended by 2 24hr sessions of vomitting and nausea. Now I’m in the first week of February and beginning to recover. My astrological forecast tells me to take at least 2 weeks out to rest and recover and drop FOMO (fear of missing out). Done deal. Couldn’t get up the energy even if my life depended on it. My retreat to Tyneside was cancelled – all my best laid plans out the window. But I still managed to do some journaling (my refuge).
